A physical verification used to mean printed lists, ticks and days of matching in Excel. In VexCloud AMS the reconciliation happens as you scan. Asset tags and tagging services
The software is half the job. The tag on the asset is the other half.
VexCloud is built by Vexar Solutions, a Nairobi company that has made asset tags and tagged fixed assets for organizations across Kenya and Africa since 2016. If your assets aren't tagged yet, Vexar can supply them, or send a team to count, tag and record every asset on site, then hand the register over straight into VexCloud AMS.

What is fixed asset management software?
Software that keeps a register of an organization's physical assets (equipment, furniture, vehicles, computers) and tracks where each one is, who holds it, its condition and its value over time. VexCloud AMS adds tagging, scanning, physical audits and depreciation to that register.
Can I import my existing asset register from Excel?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV file, map your columns to VexCloud AMS fields, check the validation results and import. Duplicate asset numbers, unknown locations and invalid dates are flagged before anything is saved.
Do I need special scanners?
No. The Android app scans barcodes and QR codes with the phone camera. Handheld and rugged Android scanners also work for large audits.
Does it work without internet?
The Android app does. Field teams can scan, capture and verify offline, and changes sync when the device reconnects.
Where do I get asset tags?
You can print barcode and QR labels from VexCloud AMS, or order durable aluminium tags from our parent company, Vexar Solutions, which can also tag your assets on site.
